Before you order

Three things are worth doing in this order. They take about twenty minutes between them and they prevent almost every problem we see.

Order samples. Fabric reads differently in full sun than it does on a monitor.
Measure the frame, not the old cushion. Old foam has compressed, sometimes by an inch.
Check the numbers with us. Send a photo. It is free and it takes ten minutes.

Custom cushions are cut to your measurements, so they cannot be returned for a size change. What we can do:

If we cut it wrong against your written order, we remake it at our cost.
If the fabric is faulty, Sunbrella’s 5 year warranty covers it and we handle the claim.
If it arrived damaged, tell us within 7 days and keep the packaging.
